Morning (Math) Riddle/Challenge
Last week we began to solve Sudoku puzzles. If you haven't tried one yet, follow the steps below. If you have, scroll down to find two new puzzles.
Math is about using your brain to solve puzzles. One of the most famous types of puzzles to challenge your mathematical thinking is called a Sudoku puzzle. You may have heard of these before. Your challenge is to watch the video below, learn the techniques, and try to complete the small 4x4 Sudoku. Comment below if you want harder sudokus next week!
Steps

2. Draw your grid on a piece of paper
3. Use your logical skills to solve the puzzle I posted below the video
4. Scroll down for a harder, 6x6 puzzle if you want an extra challenge. You play this the exact same way, there are just more spaces to figure out.

As you could see from the video above - Cleo and I saw a bear in our neighbour's yard. Fortunately, it wasn't big or aggressive, but it still was a reminder that you always need to be prepared to be around wildlife safely when you live on Vancouver Island. That said, we're going to do a couple activities around bears and bear safety for today. Have you ever seen a bear in real life??
